1. Our standards
We expect all participants and collaborators to demonstrate:
Respect
Treat all individuals with dignity. No harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks.

Be honest, transparent, and accurate. Do not misrepresent our products or capabilities.
Professionalism
Conduct yourself professionally in all communications, written or verbal.
Inclusivity
Welcome diverse perspectives regardless of background, identity, or experience level.
Accountability
Accept responsibility for mistakes, learn from them, and correct course.
Responsible AI
Use and develop AI responsibly — for human benefit, with appropriate safeguards.
2. Unacceptable behaviour
The following behaviours are not tolerated:
- ›Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threats in any form
- ›Discriminatory language or behaviour based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or other protected characteristics

3. Responsible AI principles
DEVJSX builds AI governance infrastructure. We hold ourselves to the same standards we build our products around:
- ›AI systems must be transparent, auditable, and explainable wherever possible
- ›AI must not be deployed to bypass human governance or circumvent compliance requirements
- ›AI outputs must be validated before execution in enterprise contexts
- ›Privacy and data sovereignty are non-negotiable design requirements
- ›We do not sell systems designed to surveil, manipulate, or harm individuals
4. Reporting violations
If you witness or experience a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it to ahmed@devjsx.com. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality.
We are committed to investigating all reports promptly and taking appropriate action. Retaliation against anyone who makes a good-faith report is itself a violation of this Code.
5. Enforcement

In serious cases involving illegal conduct, we may refer matters to the appropriate authorities.
